Financial statement audit by an external auditor (CPA) is a regulatory requirement, and every Israeli company is obligated to undergo it annually. These financial statements are the primary source for reporting on the company’s results and financial position and are submitted to the tax authorities and shareholders. In addition, the company sometime share them also with creditors, banks, potential investors, grants applications, tenders, guarantees. and more.
Our audit department is experienced and professional, conducting audits for hundreds of companies in various fields including high-tech, industry, commerce, services, and more, and is well experienced in auditing financial statements of private companies (large and small), branches and subsidiaries of international companies.
The audited financial statements are prepared following the relevant audit standards for each client (Israeli standard/ US-GAAP/ IFRS), while adhering to audit procedures, accepted accounting principles, relevant accounting standards, and timelines dictated by the client and/or by various authorities.
These services can be provided in parallel to us being the bookkeepers of those companies, as part of the client’s preference to centralize all services under one service provider, and in many other cases (mainly in large companies) as a separate service of an external auditor when the bookkeeping and financial management system of the company is conducted in-house by the company itself.
These services include also preparing and submitting the tax reports according to the regulation and tax ordinance.
