We provide a range of outsource financial services: bookkeeping, controlling, CFO services, payroll processing and others, as well as preparing financial reports, tax services for companies and individuals, consultancy, due diligence, escrow account services, arbitration and more.
Our team consists of four partners who manage approximately 60 additional employees - controllers and finance managers who are licensed accountants, bookkeepers, payroll controllers, tax advisors and administrative staff. An office of this size enables us to take on all professional challenges while still offering a warm personal relationship and a quick response from every member of our team and our partners.
We provide services for Israeli customers as well as customers from abroad - the U.S, France, Germany, Japan, the U.K, the Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, Italy and others.
In over 30 years of activity our office has acquired wide-ranging experience in providing an umbrella of financial services, including the preparation of financial reports for public, private and international companies, while providing appropriate and up-to-date professional solutions for all accounting matters.
In recent years the firm has been involved in both private issues and IPO's (shares and bonds) on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, in addition to both local and international M&A transactions. Our involvement was provided at all levels - bookkeeping, controlling and CFO services.
